The Urban comes in a choice of stainless steel or brass fittings. Each is machined from raw 303 stainless steel or brass making them unbeatable for toughness and corrosion resistance.

• The precision machined threads are smooth.
• The pen body boasts an agreeable weight of  24 grams (brass) and 23 grams (stainless steel) without the cap.
• Pen weight with cap on is 48 grams (brass) and 50 grams (steel). 
• Total length is 140mm, providing a long body length to showcase the handcrafted  timber body.
• Thickness of pen body is a comfortable 13mm.
• Post-able cap twists snugly onto the end of the pen.
• Handcrafted individually on a wood lathe in North Brisbane.
• Meticulous thirteen step sanding and polishing process.
• 10 coats of finish provides durability and shine.

Fountain Pen

• Quality German iridium nib – fine - ensures a fluent writing experience.
• Can be upgraded to a Jowo nib in fine or medium.
•  International standard ink cartridges (one supplied – black) are easily replaceable.

Jarrah Timber

This fountain pen is made from jarrah timber. Jarrah is a slow growing magnificent tree that may reach heights up to 40 m. Jarrah only grows in the iron and aluminium-rich south-west corner of Western Australia. It is one of the world’s best hardwoods and is highly prized. Jarrah timber has fine straight grain or wavy, with a medium to coarse texture. It is dark pinkish red to reddish brown in colour, with vintage jarrah maturing to a rich burgundy colour.

Yes we can personalise your pen. In the text box please provide:

• Pen engraving: 20 letters and spaces max. Engraving is done on the timber underneath the lacquer. Please specify if it is for a left or right hander.
• Timber box engraving: 50 letters and spaces max (logo, symbols or line drawings are OK).
• We will contact you to confirm your personalisation prior to it being complete.

Yes, we can gift wrap your purchase and post it directly. Add the name, address of the receiver in the message box, along with your personal message. We will gift wrap, add a card with your message and send on your behalf. The package will include your name and a message but will not include an invoice.
