Rain Tree Timber

Rain trees are massive umbrella-shaped trees that grow to 60 m tall with a crown up to 80 m wide. It is particularly valued for its timber. The popular, heavily striated rain tree timber is straw to smokey coloured and commonly found growing in tropical north Queensland, though it is not an Australian native. A truly stunning timber.
